Intake interview
The first conversation we will have will be the intake interview. The intake will take 45-60 minutes.
During the intake we will first discuss your goals in detail. Then all possible factors that influence the achievement of your goal will be discussed. Besides your diet, you can think about your sleeping pattern, stress management and exercise pattern. This way I will get a clear picture of your situation.
If necessary, body composition measurements will also be performed. I use skinfold and/or girth measurements for this purpose. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing. If you don't feel comfortable with this, you can always tell me! Are you being coached online? Make sure you have taken your relevant measurements in the morning of your appointment.
Upon completion of the intake, your evaluation appointment will be scheduled.
-
Nutrition Plan
After the intake, I will get to work on your nutrition plan. This will be written completely personalized to you.
You will receive this plan within a week of the intake.
-
Evaluation interview
3-4 weeks after your intake, the first evaluation meeting will take place.
In this conversation, your progress will be evaluated and necessary next steps will be discussed.
