About me

Since my teenage years, I've been inseparable from the gym, where I've developed a strong passion for both sports and nutrition. What struck me was the enormous amount of information available online, both in the field of sports and nutrition. But instead of clarity, I became more confused by what I read. Each article seemed to claim something different. I couldn't see the forest for the trees.
From the desire to create clarity, I began studying Nutrition and Dietetics in 2017, which I completed in 2021. That desire has shaped my vision as a dietitian as well as a personal trainer.

As a dietitian, I am quality registered and have specialized in Diabetes Mellitus, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (PDS) and lifestyle. I stand behind approaches with a scientific foundation. When you enter into a program with me, your wishes come first. I believe in the power of a plan that stays close. I give you the tools, but you will have to do the work. At the same time I support the power of simplicity. Healthy nutrition is often made unnecessarily complicated. With a clear plan that really fits you, the steps you need to take will go smoothly.

Wondering what nutrition-related help questions I can help you with?

As a personal trainer, I am NSCA-certified. Here too, I ensure that during your coaching you follow the most optimal path toward your fitness goals. This means that I not only make sure you become stronger and more muscular, but that you achieve your goals with a healthy body.

Whether it's your first push-up, pull up or a 200 kilogram deadlift, I'll get you there efficiently and safely.

Want to know more about personal training?

As both a dietician and personal trainer, I focus on achieving lasting results. Therefore, I always approach your request for help from a multidimensional perspective. We not only look at which food choices you make or which sports program is appropriate, but also delve into the underlying reasons for your habits. This helps to make lasting changes.
