Both plans are written completely customized to your goals, desires and current situation.
How does it work?
We start with a comprehensive intake, in which we discuss your goals, lifestyle and current situation. Also, during the intake your body composition (fat percentage and muscle mass) will be measured.
Based on this, I will create a personalized nutrition and training plan for you.
Halfway through (after 4 weeks) we evaluate the plan and make adjustments as needed.
At the end of the 8 weeks, your final evaluation will take place.
