Het Krachtplan combines personal nutrition advice with a customized training schedule for an 8-week period.

This combined approach ensures that you perform optimally on both fronts and do not miss any opportunities

Both plans are written completely customized to your goals, desires and current situation.

How does it work?

  1. We start with a comprehensive intake, in which we discuss your goals, lifestyle and current situation. Also, during the intake your body composition (fat percentage and muscle mass) will be measured.

  2. Based on this, I will create a personalized nutrition and training plan for you.

  3. Halfway through (after 4 weeks) we evaluate the plan and make adjustments as needed.

  4. At the end of the 8 weeks, your final evaluation will take place.
